Fashion Fiend

Mhmmm....I'm askin. Just who said they were 'so last season'? They lied. Yep, they lied. You heard it here first. I shoo away the naysayers. -shoo shoo- Animal prints always have been -and- always will be, 'IN'. It's just a matter of choosing the right combination. The right cut. Then wearing that print like you were the animal itself, reincarnated. -RAWR- This is definately something I'd sport real life. Getting my nails done, hitting Starbucks, popping in for a Monte Cristo at my favorite bistro, then -of course- sweeping through some club for a round of dancing and apple martinis.

This super simple, zebra outfit screams "I command the Urban Jungle". Paired with matching zebra print  booties and jewelry, this easy breezy outfit is perfect for any occasion. The cling of the shorts emphasizes the curves, and the super high cut of the shorts allows the line of the leg to simply flow. Making it look impossibly long, paired with those chunky stiletto heeled boots. The scoop neckline give a hint of  delicious cleavage, while the short spunky 'Rihanna bob' shows off the slender neck and adds even more sass.

Every girl needs a bit of romance in thier SL, right?  The pretty empire waisted dress in lilac reminded me of being in the botanical gardens. And the face was just so flawless I had to do a close up of the skin & Makeup. Each designer's work complemented the next's, sweeping me off my feet!

I ran across Kim by pure accident one day while popping in and out of sims. I found a small satelitte store of her's on the Glance Magazine {GIA} sim, and my interest was so highly piqued I had to hit her flagship store. I won't list here the numerous outfits of hers that I've got lovingly stashed in my closet, let's just say, I likes her stuffs a whole bunches!


But lo and behold, {Kim} is one of the designer's participationg in the Glance International fashion week 2010 which kicked off officially today. Since I was of course already heading that way anyhow, I donned one of my favorite pieces by her, did a bit of accesorizing and struk a pose!On the main walkway as you land at Glance's International fashion week extravaganza is where I perched for these pics.



I chose a strappy shoe from Deviant Designs {titania}. Completely
customizable, polish, gems, and metal pieces. And these are not a hard shoe to figure out. No need for RGB scales and whatnot, just simply breeze through the attachable hud. The Afrika bundle set {earrings, necklace, and bracelets} from YS&YS gave a beautiful offset to the chic black line of {Kim's} Panama dress. The belt was bought on Xstreet, made by B.D.Design but she does have a store in world. Finalizing the look was another fabulous updo called Syle from Miamai and lashes from FNKY&Cake {cleo}
