I am just one quirky female flitting through her second life. You can find me modeling, roleplaying, and -of course- blogging. Not to mention I’ve been known to disappear for days, on the tail end of some insane shopping spree! I love wearing things off the rack as well as mashing different designer’s to create the fashion explaination of whatever my current mood might be. You might also find me ghostwriting or contributing to other blogs in game and here on the net.
Alot of my posts reflect ‘off the rack’ items. Displayed as such with a styling card. I love being able to show the Designer’s intended vision for thier creation. Other times you will find me sporting a mashed ensemble with a styling card, should you choose to acheive the same look. I am by far not the end all elitist styler. I am merely another girl smitten with the endless design capabilities available in SL.
I -for the most part- do all my own photos. I am by far, not the world’s best picture editor. No you probably won’t find tons of amazing super imposed images of my avie transfixed over a CS5 background. If that’s what you like, sorry you won’t find it here. I do however, take all my own pictures. I do edit them myself. And yes, I put just as much time and effort as other {more talented} photographers do. I enjoy creating a simple backdrop, meant only to be the palette for the clothes horse wearing any given design, be it ‘off the rack’ or mashed.
I do have a list of “contributing stores” please see page titled as such for the full list. This in no way means I only blog thier items. Nor does it mean I am biased and writing ‘good’ reviews as a result of thier contributions. It merely means, they have generously contributed thier designs in the hopes of getting more exposure as well as helping me in my creative endeavors with this blog. I am forever grateful for thier support. You will find I review other items, things from hunts, free items, group gifts, and things I’ve purchased with my own Lindens.
Last but not least, I have literally TONS of clothes, shoes, hair, and accesories to model, mash and blog about. What does this mean? It means that although I may receive something before it’s release or during a special venue, promotion, or hunt that it might not appear on SL Fiend aka Fashion Fiend immediately. In fact, you might not see it for a month or so to be realistic. Why you ask? Simply because the sheer volume coupled with my limited time only allows for one post {occasionally 2} per day. But, that said, items dropped to me will most definately be seen within my blog, be it a feature post on the designer or as part of a styling card for an ensemble.
